Carried out in Fethiye, this villa renovation has been completely renewed with a modern architectural approach, high-quality materials, and functional living spaces.
This comprehensive villa renovation, brought to life by Teksa Concept in Fethiye, aimed to completely renew the existing structure in accordance with contemporary living standards. While modern design lines were adopted in both interior and exterior spaces, aesthetic appearance and ease of use were balanced harmoniously. Within the scope of the project, the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, staircases, and terraces were completely renovated; custom-design kitchen cabinets, a TV unit, decorative lighting, LED ceiling applications, and high-quality ceramic and laminate flooring were used. Supported by a modern color palette, the interior design created spacious and elegant living spaces. Thanks to the applications carried out on the exterior facade and terrace sections, the architectural identity of the building was strengthened, while durability and long-lasting use were prioritized. With every detail meticulously planned, this work was completed as a turnkey villa renovation project that brings together quality craftsmanship and a modern design approach.
